Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within two business days.
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Shipping Locations

We ship within Australia and internationally, subject to carrier availability and restrictions.
Some products may not be eligible for international delivery. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.


Address Errors & Unclaimed Parcels

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Parcels not collected within the carrier’s holding period

If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order, including for orders that originally qualified for free shipping.


International Orders

For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are not included in our pricing.


Pre-Orders (Shipping)

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items in the order are available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
